I found the sequence in the book 'Yoga' by André van Lysebeth. For years this book was my bible and the sequence my daily routine.

The series:

1. It starts with sun salutations. (First goal 15 sun salutations within 5 min. After 6 months 40 sun salutations within 10 min)

2. Salamba Sarvangasana (1 min)










3. Halasana (2 min)









4. Matsyasana (1 min)








5. Paschimottanasana (2 min)








6. Bhudschangasana (cobra) (1 min)








7. Shalabhasana (1 min)








8. Dhanurasana (1/2 min)









9. Ardha Matsyendrasana (1 min)
 

10. Sirsasana (1 min up to 10 min)










11. Nauli (up to 2 min)

12. Pranayama (3 min)

13. Relaxation
