Jumping back...


This is indeed the first step - see picture. One must be able to lift up the body. From there the challenge starts. One must move the upper body forwards....The shoulder girdle shall help here. The feet shall not touch the floor when the body moves forward.

This movement is so demanding.

I wonder: what can I do what can I do......... perhaps I should film to see where I'm stuck....
