Primary today - I flew through the series
This morning I flew through the series.
It's always a highlight when flow is experienced.
Four times I lifted the body up to exercise urdhva dhanurasana. I held the pose for 5 long breaths. On Fridays I don't drop back. I enjoy these days when I take it easy.
