No vacation without an asana.....

To exercise a balancing pose next to a swimming pool is a good idea to test the balance. I say it straight forward: I didn't fall in the cold water......hahaha.......(it was perhaps not the most challenging balancing pose ever).

I think they're (the three Utthistas) are challenging enough, even after all this time I still struggle with balance in these three :-)

Is your back doing better?
Hope you're fine!

- Greetings from the ever cold Frankfurt, Julian ;-)

Oh, thank you very much for caring, Julian.
Yes, the back is better. I even consider some asanas now (without vinyasas). The room is warm and I think I can dare to practice with care.

Imagine: I forgot the name of these 3 asanas. Hahaha, will look it up at home.

Cordially greetings from the South of France. Oh yes, it's so much warmer here. Today it was even sunny.

Great to hear, backpain is the worst pain. Besides pain in the tooth maybe :-) Hope your practice will help it, too!

They're:
Utthita Hasta Padangushtasana
Utthita Parshvasahita
Utthita Haste Padangushtasana B

I had to look it up, too :-D Some names just won't stay in my head...

I wish I'd be there, too... I can't even remember what the sun looked like haha ... well let's hope next week brings a little spring!

Oh, thank you so much.....

I'll get back to the habit to repeat silently the pose before doing it. This helps to remember.

Tooth pain means going to the dentist.....have this on my list when at home again.......

Good night.
