How we survived in Sweden by now

Let's talk about food today. A lot of fish is offered in the restaurants. I saw huge pieces of salmon on E's plate already. I usually get something vegetarian, even vegan. It's easy to express my wishes as everybody speaks English.

The restaurants are international: By now I enjoyed a Greek salad, Mexican fajiitas (vegan version), pizza without cheese, Thai vegetables. There are no Swedish wines, the imported ones are from South Africa or Australia and excellent.

What's special here is the jam. They all seem to be home made. They taste of berries and are not so super sugar sweet. The bread is soft, the coffee excellent.
