Hello Ursula!First of all, your blog is superb! Second: I have a question for you. Could you write something about how to breath when practicing yoga? I have started Flow Yoga, and in class, the Yoga-teacher always tells us how to breath when doing the "Flow". I noticed, I would almost always breath contrary. So when I practice at home, I'm afraid I do it wrong. Is the breath that important? And if so, how can I do it right? Thanks a lot! And keep writing!
Hello La La,Thank you for your question. The breath is very important in yoga. The breath is what makes yoga to what it is. I'll write about it. This weekend I'll travel, but it's on my list for next week. Namaste and deep breathing.Ursula....:)
