Another routine?

There are days an Ashtanga series seems to be too much.

I want to learn at least the first sequence created by Matthew Sweeney. It lasts 1 hour and I put my body in asanas without vinyasas. This makes it all easier.

Sweeney's routines are a lovely alternative to the usual ashtanga practice. I really enjoyed them. You can make them very slow and calming but they can also be demanding, depending on your pace.
