Focusing on the breath
It was difficult in the beginning. I told myself: "Practice, enjoy the asanas, nothing must be accomplished." Finally it was fun and I didn't like to stop anymore. Not to give too much attention to the always changing moods helps to step daily on the mat. Superficial to mention: I feel excellent now.
Pashasana was possible. This tells me I haven't gained weight so far. Hahahaha.
Kapotasana and parighasana are the challenges, ah, they are so difficult poses for me. Do it somehow and go on, I told me.
Simply do it. That's the secret.
Time again to enjoy the beach life......
