(Brrrrrrh, half of my post couldn't be saved. Internet access suddenly was interrupted. This is a catastrophe!)
My focus today shall be the muscles that are supposed to be engaged. This is most of the time the legs.
My focus today shall also be the body parts that are supposed to be relaxed. It is always the face, but also the shoulders, the upper body.
Before practicing I want to exercise 5 min uddyaj breathing. Breathing is so important it deserves some extra time.
