I flipped through the Ashtanga bible this morning: Ashtanga yoga by P. Jois and Lino Miele. An almost forgotten aspect had my attention: This practice can also heal.              
It's not only that it makes us more flexible and strong, in case of weak body organs it can also keep them healthy or even heal them. The positive influence on the inner organs is probably underestimated.

Picture: This is a carrot (for those who have forgotten (wink)). The life of this carrot is limited. Carrot you are mine tonight. I will cook you and then I will eat you. Yep.
