Take it easy, take it easy.
I had a led class this morning, I practiced with the CD by Sharath, the whole series from the beginning to the end.
When it comes to navasana I take a little break. I need it. With a calm voice Sharath whipped me through all these asanas. At the end I lifted myself up into urdhva dhanursana, thinking was no more possible, but deep breathing. I could hold sirsasana easier than the last time. Wow I did it, it was not easy, but my attitude was: simply do it, don't expect perfection, do it. That's all. And I did it.
This CD is really great to learn the correct vinyasa count.
I deserve a good breakfast now: banana with nuts and raisins and soy yogurt.
