Mysore class, the last one this week

I practiced primary this morning. This series has and will always have enough challenges (I'd like to improve the vinyasas i.e.) . I need one hour and forty min when I want to have a relaxed practice. And I usually practice rather fast. This time includes 10 min relaxation.
Practice was good this morning. I feel that a day off is good. The body must digest what it has learned during the week. Supta kurmasana was very deep today and back bending wasn't that bad either.

Tomorrow is a day off. I have enough to do. And then I'll practice alone for a week. Yes, I'm curious how this is going, I'm looking forward to it. Finally this is the goal to be able to practice alone.
