...but primary is mainly forward bending

Marichyasana A, one of my favourite asanas prepares the asana eka pada sirsasana (leg behind the head). I try to enjoy the asanas I like and I try simply to do those that I do not like so much, without too much resistance. This indifferent attitude is not possible when it comes to mayurasana. I must somehow find peace with this asana of the second series.
But today I practiced primary, forward bending, being modest, enjoying what is, it is much.
