A really "dumb" question for you: Is the difference between Bakasana A and Bakasana B merely the placement of the knees on the arms? I don't have a problem with A but B eludes me and I'm guessing that it's simple? Eventually, I'd like to try to press from Bakasana B into a handstand but I obviously need to take it a step at a time!
Bakasana B is when you jump from down dog into this pose. You must go in a handstand with bended knee, then you lower the legs and put it on your upper arms. This is advanced balancing. Fear comes up to fall forward, this is the challange. Bakasana A is simply to put the knees beside the armpits and to lift up the feet (legs). Have fun.
