We want to become slimmer again, don't we?

I am convinced that I cook healthier than most chefs in restaurant.
I prepared myself a salad for lunch consisting of kidney beans, mushrooms, red pepper, garlic. For the dressing I used olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard. I prepared a bed with field salad and put the salad on it (well mixed) and I had a cabbiata bread with olives with it. I drank water, but now I will prepare a cup of tea for myself.
The dessert was a cappuccino soy milk pudding. I put some dark chocolate on it.
This was my main meal for today.
Time to nap 30 min.
