Tired, tired

My yoga practice usually starts slowly, in the beginning I am often a bit stiff. It's the same with my day. I feel incredible tired in the morning. I sit here with rounded back, because it takes too much energy to sit upright. It's the low blood pressure perhaps, I think. A second cup of coffee is necessary before anything can happen. I know it's good to leave the house at 8am, this is a decent time to be up. Mysore class is on the schedule in the morning, and I love to practice second series. Buh, I feel so tired. It was not easy to sleep in, but I had hours of sleep. I'm yawning......
