OK, my dinner this evening

Couscous with vegetables (1 onion, 2 garlic gloves, green beans and red pepper in a white wine sauce with a vegetable broth). Yes, it was good and healthy. I had put sambal olek on the table and we used it. This made this meal spicy. This was surely a meal that will make us smile tomorrow on the scales......:)
