I did each and every asana of the primary. I even did full vinyasas. It is still before noon and I'm through this practice. This is good, as I want to have finished all these exercises that I do (writing, yoga) till midday. I have other things to do, too.
This practice exhausted me. My focus was on jumping through. The finger help when balancing. Finger are rather strong and sensitive. To jump back is still not really good, but to jump forward progressed. I need more strength for second series. This is why it is good that I go to a led class this evening.
Wright now I have enough yoga. I am hungry.
