Yeah, I practiced.
Pashasana is not possible the day after a birthday party. It is so.
Also the other asanas didn't seem to be very good.
I filmed myself when I dropped back and was shocked how far my feet were away from my hands when I was down.
At least I had the energy to try kapotasana several times against the wall.
Even worse than a lousy practice is: this frustrated me. Hahahahaha.
Tomorrow I will go to a Mysore class and this consoles me enormously.
(Oh, I forgot the standing sequence were great. I practiced with the CD by Sharat first, till I started the middle part.)
