3 hours till noon

I obviously needed more sleep than I've planned for myself. It's 9am and no more 6am or 7am. I think it's good to step off the mat at noon to have time for other activities but asanas/vinyasas, uddyaj breathing.
The sun is shining and E and me should go out for a walk today.

I'm sipping my black coffee.
Primary today. It is not boring, I will focus on my breath again.
