Today I took a meditative walk through the Rocky River Preserve, part of the Ohio Metropolitan Parks. I wanted to experience the spectacular colors of the trees and the distinctive aroma of autumn. It was a life-affirming experience as I mentally prepare to move into the long, gray days of Ohio's winter.
It's so part of our conditioning to judge the weather. Stepping back I see that there is no bad weather. Rain can be as beautiful as sunshine. And also a grey day in autumn has its beauty.Enjoy Ohio's winter.
