Leg behind the head - right side

Please, if you try this, be careful. Even me, who is practicing yoga on an almost daily basis, injured myself in the lower back once. Do it only when the body is warm. Do it slowly.
I don't know why, but somehow it is easier to start this asana in bed.
It develops slowly and the leg only remains there when I hold it. Of course, it's a wonderful pose, a sexy pose.
