Pranayama Day 8

The minimum pranayama rounds are 3.
The ideal number of pranayama rounds is 12.
The maximum pranayama rounds should be 20.

And this is enough. To do pranayama correctly needs a lot of concentration.

After my pranayma class I went to my favourite restaurant "Green Leaf". There I had lunch with a woman from Japan and a woman from Signapore. Can it be more international? We exchanged tips for urdhva dhanurasana. To start with the legs wide apart seems to be a hot tip.
