The neighbour kids

The neighbour kids drive me crazy. He can fall out of the window with his cigarette in his hand. It's the second floor.

I practiced. It was a relief the past days, why not today, too. Slowly I did one asana after the other. (Belly chaturanga dandasna of course). It was good. I even experienced flow. And now, no more yoga for today. :)

Dear Ursula, I hope you find these articles helpful or at least clarifying.
Be kind to your back, talk to the pain, practice written dialogues with it, ask it questions. Maybe you are trying/pushing too hard, maybe the underlining teaching of pain is: yoga doesn't take anything to extremes, approach more gentle ways,
That's why even Iyengar enjoyed restorative poses on a weekly basis.

You can also assess root chakra imbalances and reflect on financial worries, too.§ion=9&cat=

With Much Love, may you be free of this pain soon.

Thank you very much.

I will read the articles.

I practice very softly at the moment with much attention and care.
Pain comes from bad body posture at work and from 8 and more hours entering datas. I have had too much work lately, I had to work fast, mouse was too much away from me. I had to bow forwards the whole day, this was too much.

But I will read your articles first, seems to be interesting.

And of course, this all happened because I was not attentive enough. Unfortunately pain comes sometimes 1 or 2 days later. And then it is already too late.

Thanks again and have a nice day.
