Like a lion
I practiced and it was good
- second series with many variations. Powerful.
I have to pay attention to my left leg. It still hurts.
I sweated and this was good. Dhanurasana was good. As soon as I started I could go on and on.
Tomorrow is a morning practice on the schedule.
