Mysore class

What an intensity. Yeah, add a few committed yogis/yoginis and an excellent teacher and the intensity of my practice doubles (minimum). Even though I practiced "only" primary I had a most intensive exercise. I got the relevant adjustments in supta kurmasana and urdhva dhanurasana. This makes the difference. I feel how these poses improve with support, adjustments.

My focus was the breath, the correct vinyasas. The breath is the secret, an open secret.

This was a good start in June: June will be a yoga month: 3 times Mysore classes, plus led class, plus self-practice.

And afterwards we had lunch together in an Indian restaurant.Life is good.
