Utthita hasta padangusthasana


This and the following 2 asanas are the most demanding of the standing sequence for me. Sometimes I have balance and I stand like a column, but sometimes I swing like a bamboo.
Strong legs are important.
The hips are supposed to be parallel, it's the same with the shoulders.
In India they insisted that the chin touched the leg.
