Also this pose needs additional attention. Will it take another year till my chin can touch the floor. Be patient, I said to myself. I checked my breath, I checked if I engaged the bandhas, I stretched forward with the inhaling and went deeper into the pose with the exhaling. Leg muscles were engaged, too. But more is not possible. Primary isn't boring for me. I have still so many poses that I want to improve. Upavishta konasana is one of them. :)
When I see these pictures, I reflect if I shall add a tiny practice in the evening as long as my bf is travelling. I could focus on poses like upavishta konasana i.e. I like this idea.
