Redundant to say, I practiced today

...and I was bendy.
My focus was again the inhaling. When I exhaled my attention moved to the bandhas. Awareness moved up and down, this emphasizes the flow.
To start my practice with the CD by Sharath is great. When the standing sequence is done, my body is warmed up and it is easy to go on.
This was it re second series, tomorrow I'll practice first series again. Yes.
