Whatever makes a practice at home possible is allowed.
Surprise, surprise: my body showed no resistance. I felt soft. Suddenly I started sweating. I didn't like to leave my mat, because it was too good to practice.
I still have no clue how to stand up from urdhva dhanurasana.
Time to have a second breakfast: an apple with raisins nuts and soy yogurt.
Led class this evening. This shall be enough yoga!!!!!!! I have other things to do. I am relaxed. I still don't feel guilt that I enjoy my life, that I only do what I like to do at the given moment. And now I want to eat, with awareness.
