I cannot remember if I heard my alarm clock. At 7am I left my bed. Tired of course. In the first half an hour I'm always tired. This fades away. At the latest when the tired and still dreaming people push me around in the public transportation system.
Mysore class this morning and I will exercise second series. I have no expectations. In the morning the body is so much stiffer. If my leg remains behind my head or not is not important, but that I try and practice it IS important.
I stick to it: the right breathing counts.
The days become longer quickly. It's day light outside already.
Might I be refreshed after my practice and might I work on my book or anything else that is important.
