Utthita trikonasana - right side

That's how utthita trikonasana is in the beginning of 2010. Strong legs are important. Uddyjana bandha gives stability. The standing poses are balancing poses. The fingers are together. I realized that I do not really hold my big toe. Perhaps this would give me a bit more stability, too. I will take care of this the next time.
