Pada hastasana

The neck is supposed to be relaxed. This is also something I must remember from time to time. Also here is still room, the pose can still develop....

I compared this picture with a picture taken a few months ago. I couldn't see a difference to be honest. Hahahahaha. But I know and this is perhaps difficult to see that I engage the leg muscles nowadays and uddyjana bandha (not only mula bandha).
