On Sunday morning I begin my yoga week: primary is on the schedule.
It was good to have a day off. I was not even in the mood to take some pictures. The body needed the rest. I feel freshly motivated for tomorrow.
I will go to bed early. At ten I will close my eyes. At 6 I will get up.
Tomorrow I will focus on jumping through: I know now that it is important to engage uddyjana bandha (and not mula bandha). Both should be engaged, but uddyjana bandha is more supporting when learning to jump through.
Ah, when is tomorrow, I want to play with this, I want to apply this.
