An exercise to open the upper chest

In order to intensify the pose I folded my hands and stretched them over the head in direction to the floor. Legs are supposed to be stretched. It is possible to relax in that pose. These are my urdhva dhanurasana preparations nowadays. It feels good, I have the feeling it helps to open.
