Prasarita padottanasana B

Yes, the arms are parallel as it is supposed to be. Important is to keep the back straight. This is the challenge. There is a corresponding asana to that one: upavishta konasana. It's sitting with seperated legs on the floor, the body bows forward. Then it can be seen if it is possible to take the chin to the floor with a straight back.
Here the gravity helps.
