At the end of an intensive yoga practice I wanted to omit relaxation pose. But this pose is important. So I set my timer for 5 min, and I enjoyed this pose, too.
I worked on supta kurmasana today. With caution, of course. I know how easily I can injure myself. Wanting more than is possible is dangerous. I put my legs behind the head one after the other. The next step is that they stay alone there. I probably must lift my head. Slowly!!!
I had flow today. I used the bandhas. They are so helpful, too.
The cook has cooked the lunch. I have to stop writing for a while....:)
