.....to stay on my mat. Even a moderate practice seems to be difficult, not because of the body. I am flexible today. The mind is so distracted. Doing yoga is a concentration exercise, too. This is what I see clearly this morning. I don't want to let "moods" decide what happens.
Back to the mat. Just practicing, with no expectatins, just doing the asnas and the vinyasas, that's it. In an hour it's over.....Hahahahaha.
