Ushtrasana


I'm motivating myself right now to practice yoga tomorrow. It should be possible to organize a cup of coffee early in the morning and then I want to practice. If it is painful or not shall not influence my decision. I will give me 7 hours of sleep, perhaps 8 because I'm on vacation.
My intention for tomorrow is to hold the asanas longer than usual, because I have time and to relax when doing it.
