According to Matthew Sweeney garbha pindasana is one of the core asanas of the first series. This, because everybody seems to have difficulties with this pose. It's not my favourite pose. It also took me some time till I could do it. Till now my fingers do not reach the ears each time I do it. The difficulties when working with a self-timer is, that there is really not much time. I always have to be very fast to do a pose. Sometimes it makes "klick" just before I wanted to relax my face.
