Suryas

Suryas, suryas, suryas, A and B, were done on my mat this morning. To sit in lotus pose as a closing asana was wonderful, too. These poses stretch my body. These asanas make my body flexible, they wake my body up.
This evening I will have Mysore class. I will put energy in urdhva dhanurasana.To come up from this pose is the next step. Up, up, up. I will rock forward and backward like a wild one. Important is to bring the hands closer to the feet. This is my intention for this evening. And deep breathing will help. I must inhale when I want to come up.

E wants me to stay in Dubai for a few days when I will return from India. This is sweet.
