The sudden deafness came back for hours. When my body is complaining, I take it seriously. No stress today, only fun and activities that I usually do easily, I thought and acted accordingly. It is gone, I can hear well again, but I fear that it can come back. I must relax. And sometimes I want to omit relaxing pose at the end of my yoga practice. This is not a good idea. The last pose is an important pose for me.
