To put a light jacket on was a good idea. After the five surya namaskara A's I felt so warm that I could put it off.
I practiced, but I omitted some of the last asanas. Important was to do the core asanas. Re Mr Sweeney the core asanas of the first series are:
Marichyasana D: I'm able to do it, often I can even reach the wrist, but not always.
Supta kurmasana: needs improvement
Garbha pindasana: Today I could even reach the inner ears with my middle finger on both sides.
Baddha Konasana: This is easy for me and a favourite pose.
