I managed it to role out my mat, I put my blanket on it and exercised pranayama (alternate nostril breathing) how I've learned it in India. I was very focused. Then I meditated 10 min. A few times I felt the impulse to scratch my nose, my back, my arm, but I could always resist. That was nice. I let it go. A feeling, I thought, it comes and goes. I focused on my breath, life went on and I hadn't followed the impulse to scratch. This was nice.
And now yoga, however it will be, slow, humble, I don't care, I only want to practice. Breath by breath I might be able to practice. Body feels stiff. Auweia, it's not easy to start.
