I wanted to focus on yoga during my second month and I missed the led class this morning. That was not good. This left me a bit unfulfilled. So I did what the woman from Singapore recommended: I practiced on my own. I did second series till ushtrasana. It was nice to be able to listen to my breath as it was calm.
My goal was to save some energy for an intensive urdhva dhanurasana. That was also why I stopped so early. And urdhva dhanurasana was rather good. The back seems to open slowly But I think I am still far away from doing it on my own. I am curious when I do not write this sentence anymore.
