My little toe spoiled my practice today. It hurt and was red. But I like my little toe and so I did what was possible with care and attention. To jump through was not possible, but anything else. My focus it the breath and not to jump through.
I was helped by Saraswati doing supta kurmasana and urdhva dhanurasana. I feel how I become more flexible and this is wonderful.
Every day I sweat more.
