It is noticed that my back still hurts. It's painful to bend forward. I will give my back the time to heal. No yoga today. I didn't even role out my mat. But perhaps I still should do this in order to sit in lotus pose for a while. I think this is a good idea.
I even didn't go to Mysore class yesterday. It is as it is.
Weekend is coming and there is time, a lot of time and hopefully my back will be better then. Then I can practice again. How I miss it.
